AI features generate starting points — proposal drafts, opportunity insights, profile suggestions, coaching tips, and similar content. Outputs are not final deliverables and may require editing.

Freelance OS provides drafts, insights, and recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and submitting work manually. Freelance OS does not automatically submit proposals, send messages, or act on your behalf.

Always review AI content for accuracy, tone, client fit, and compliance with marketplace rules before submitting proposals, sending messages, or sharing deliverables. You are fully responsible for what you publish or submit.

Freelance OS does not automatically submit proposals to Upwork or any other marketplace. Submission remains a manual action you initiate after reviewing the draft.

Freelance OS does not send client messages on your behalf. Any communication with clients happens outside the platform or through actions you take manually on third-party services.

AI models can hallucinate facts, misread job requirements, or produce generic content. Verify claims, links, pricing, timelines, and technical details before relying on any output.

We do not guarantee job wins, interview invites, client responses, revenue, or ranking improvements. AI is a productivity aid — business results depend on many factors outside our control.

Use AI features to:

• Speed up drafting and research
• Explore angles for proposals and profiles
• Analyze opportunities before investing time
• Organize your freelance workflow

Do not use AI to deceive clients, violate platform rules, or generate harmful or discriminatory content.

Prohibited uses include:

• Automated bulk submission or messaging on marketplaces
• Generating spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
• Impersonating individuals or misrepresenting qualifications
• Processing sensitive personal data without a legitimate need
• Attempting to extract model prompts or bypass safety controls

AI inputs may be processed by configured AI providers to generate outputs. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless necessary.

Relevant inputs may be transmitted to configured AI providers listed on our Subprocessors page. Provider retention and processing practices vary — review their policies for details.

You choose what to paste, save, and submit. You can edit or discard any AI output. Account and workflow data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
