By accessing or using Freelance OS, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Freelance OS on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Freelance OS is a software platform that helps freelancers manage proposals, opportunities, clients, portfolio, profile, coaching insights, and related workflows. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan and enabled integrations.

Freelance OS provides drafts, insights, and recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and submitting work manually. Freelance OS does not automatically submit proposals, send messages, or act on your behalf.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI-generated drafts before use or submission
• Complying with freelance marketplace and client platform rules
• Ensuring content you submit is accurate and authorized
• Maintaining backups of important data where needed
• Using the service in a lawful and respectful manner

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual). Prices, features, and plan limits are shown at checkout and may change with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Your payment method is subject to their terms and security practices.

If we offer a free trial or promotional access, eligibility, duration, and included features will be described at signup. Trials may convert to paid subscriptions unless you cancel before the trial ends. We may modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

You may cancel a subscription through your account billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Refund decisions may consider usage, billing history, and payment provider rules.

AI outputs are suggestions and drafts only. They may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Freelance OS does not guarantee job wins, client responses, revenue, or specific business outcomes.

You must review AI content for accuracy, tone, and compliance before using it in proposals, messages, or client deliverables.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create in Freelance OS, including profile data, portfolio items, proposals, and notes. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service — including sending relevant inputs to configured AI providers.

You must comply with the rules of any freelance marketplace, client platform, or third-party service you use alongside Freelance OS. We are not affiliated with Upwork or other marketplaces unless explicitly stated. You are solely responsible for your activity on external platforms.

Prohibited uses are detailed in our Acceptable Use Policy. They include spam, fraud, abuse, illegal activity, unauthorized automation on marketplaces, and attempts to bypass usage limits or security controls.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

Freelance OS is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
