Eligibility
You must have an active Freelance OS account with referrals access enabled. Self-referrals, fraudulent signups, and abuse of tracking links may result in disqualification. We reserve the right to verify referral activity.
Commissions & payouts
Commission rates may vary by plan and affiliate tier. Payouts are processed manually according to program minimums. Commissions may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations. Past commission rates are not retroactively changed when tier configuration updates.
Challenges & milestones
Challenges have defined metrics, windows, and eligibility rules set by Freelance OS. Progress is calculated from verified referral activity. Completing a challenge does not guarantee financial reward unless explicitly stated. Rewards may require admin fulfillment.
Leaderboards & rankings
Rankings use documented metrics and tie-breakers. Invalid referrals (refunds, chargebacks, fraud) are excluded. Public leaderboard participation is opt-in. Display names are sanitized; emails and payout details are never shown publicly. Rankings may be recalculated; final season results are frozen after admin finalization.
Rewards & taxes
Non-financial rewards (badges) are issued automatically where configured. Cash or manual rewards require review. You are responsible for any tax obligations. No earnings are guaranteed.
Program changes
We may pause, modify, or cancel challenges, leaderboards, or seasons with notice where practical. Completed historical results remain available. See also our Terms of Service.
